Hi there! This might be a question for somewhere else, but I wasn't really sure where else to go. I enjoy collecting little bugs and things from the swamp behind my house, and I recently set up a half gallon, self-sustaining, aquarium filled with these things. It's mostly cyclops, hydra, and snails; but I found something else that I cannot identify. The closest guess I can make is a planarian or other type of flatworm, but I can't find anything on the internet that really resembles it. It recently had eggs, which hatched, and now I've got lots of little ones. If you could tell me what these are, or point me to someone who could, I'd be very grateful. Thanks! i.postimg.cc/zv6pZFTc/IMG-9309.jpg - after the babies were born i.postimg.cc/nVP3DpNG/IMG-9097.jpg - while it had eggs

I can't get my PC to enlarge the photo enough to see the object of your request. Perhaps I just do not know what I am looking at in the photo. My suggestion would be to contact a university or college in your area. It might even be possible that someone in the local conservation district office could help you or send you to the right place for help. My personal feeling is that I would not collect something that I could not identify but I wish you the best.
