What's your go to burger recipe?? We grill one here its a 50/50 mix of ground VEN burger and ground Bacon Its topped in many many ways usually chipotle mayo and fresh guacamole

Achiwowwow, j., you like it hot! I am a boring eater myself. I like it all venison or all beef, as lean as possible. As for toppings, I am the usual ketchup, pickle, mushroom, mayo guy, along with a Bud Light to keep things interesting.

As for bacon, are you using the store bought crispy fried or the thick stuff for baked beans?
I like my venison burgers plain. A little sesame oil to keep them together. Treat 'em gently only flip once. Mayo and pickle, mmmmmm!

We have our own bacon cut. I guess you could say its thick bacon. We grind it here at home. And mix it with not only ven burger but lean ground burger also.. 50/50 mix and onto a Hot grill
