Do you ship by UPS ? That looks real good! Do you mix the venison with anything?

20 pounds of meat to 10 pounds of pork some water some seasoning some cure and skins smoke for 2 hrs finish in oven at 155 to 160 meat temp. Set oven at 200 good eating.
