Here is some smoked venison meat sticks I made yesturday.I used Hi- Mountain Cracked Pepper and Garlic seasining and for half a batch I added jalepino and cheddar to the mix and used a jurkey gun to stuff the casings.I smoked them at 190* for 2 hrs. and 20 minutes...they turned out great...

Those look tasty...........problem is the snowman's stomach has a hard time with smoked and spicy foods.........I still love the stuff .

Oh my, that looks like great. My stomach cannot handle the real spicy stuff either, but De would have a ball with those sticks. Those sticks look a lot tastier than antler points .

Those sticks are making my mouth water, they look so good. I see a batch of venison summer sausage coming soon.
