We're updating Michigan’s bear management plan, and we would like to hear from you about the future of bear management in our state.
The current bear management plan, finalized in 2009, is in the process of being updated. Previously gathered input on the 2009 plan from bear management stakeholders and citizens has been compiled into a summary of proposed changes. We invite you to review the proposed changes and provide your input. Your feedback is valuable and will be taken into consideration during the plan update process and in future bear management decisions.
